The mount is laser-cut from 5052 aluminum, powder-coated in-house, and built around the 1lb tank from the start. The cylinders are DOT and UL certified, refillable at any standard propane fill station, and engineered to stay on your rig – not end up in a landfill. The same place you fill your BBQ tank. You will need a 20lb to 1lb propane adapter to connect the fill hose to your 1LB tank – available on Amazon or at most propane supply stores. The station fills the bottles the same way they fill any other cylinder.
