The PowerPack Rack for the Ford Bronco combines the proven utility of our M.A.S.S. Cargo Shelf with dedicated mounting provisions for KC HiLiTES flat lithium batteries and the REDARC BCDC Alpha 50.

The four-door Bronco is built for big trips, rough roads, and the kind of “we might as well take that too” packing strategy that fills the cargo area faster than anyone wants to admit. Add recovery gear, tools, camp equipment, a fridge, jackets, trail spares, and auxiliary power components, and usable space disappears quickly. The Bronco PowerPack Rack solves that problem by using space that already exists within the shelf structure. KC HiLiTES flat lithium batteries tuck neatly into the shelf cavities, while the raised shelf still gives you an extra level of organized cargo storage above your factory load floor. Instead of giving up cargo space to mount batteries and charging components, the PowerPack Rack lets your storage system and auxiliary power foundation work together. You gain cargo organization, securement points, battery mounting, and REDARC BCDC Alpha 50 mounting provisions without turning the back of your Bronco into a parts-counter archaeology project. Note: Batteries, wiring, switching, chargers, and electrical accessories are sold separately. The PowerPack Rack is the mounting foundation for a cleaner auxiliary power build.

Why This Product Exists

Auxiliary power should not cost you your cargo area.

The Ford Bronco is extremely capable, but interior cargo space is still limited. Every inch in the rear of the vehicle has a job to do. Traditional auxiliary power installs often compete directly with that space because batteries, chargers, switch controllers, and wiring all need somewhere to live. The PowerPack Rack takes a different approach. Rather than putting a battery box on the cargo floor or building a one-off platform that eats into storage space, the PowerPack Rack integrates battery and charger mounting into the shelf architecture itself. The result is a cleaner, smarter use of space. You still get the benefit of a raised cargo shelf, but you also gain a purpose-built location for key auxiliary power components. Your cargo floor stays available for the gear you actually need to carry: recovery bags, tool rolls, camp kitchens, camera cases, duffels, coolers, and whatever else the trail demands.

KC HiLiTES Battery Mounting

The Bronco PowerPack Rack is designed to mount KC HiLiTES flat lithium batteries in 105Ah and 150Ah sizes. These batteries tuck neatly into the shelf cavities, helping preserve the main cargo area for gear instead of forcing you to sacrifice floor space for a battery install.

REDARC BCDC Alpha 50 Mounting Holes

The shelf includes mounting holes for the REDARC BCDC Alpha 50, giving installers and DIY builders a cleaner starting point for DC charging without having to fabricate a one-off mounting solution.
Important: The PowerPack Rack does not include batteries, wiring, switching, chargers, solar input hardware, outlets, or electrical accessories. It is the vehicle-specific shelf and mounting foundation for those components.

That means it gives your Bronco a raised rear shelf for better cargo organization, multiple securement options, and a cleaner way to carry gear without stacking everything into one shifting pile. If you already understand why the M.A.S.S. Cargo Shelf is useful, the PowerPack Rack takes that same idea and adds dedicated mounting provisions for auxiliary power components. It is still a cargo shelf first, but it is a much smarter foundation for modern overland and trail power systems.
