The PowerPack Rack exists because adventure vehicles are asked to do a lot with very little interior space. Your SUV has to carry people, recovery gear, tools, food, water, camp equipment, trail spares, electronics, and whatever else the trip demands. Add an auxiliary battery system into that same space and things can get crowded quickly.

Our goal was simple: create a shelf system that adds useful storage while also giving builders a smart, protected place to mount key power components. The PowerPack Rack is not just a cargo shelf with a battery stuck to it as an afterthought. It is a vehicle-specific shelf designed from the start around cargo organization, securement, and auxiliary power mounting.

The PowerPack Rack shares its core utility with our popular M.A.S.S. Cargo Shelves. You get a raised rear shelf that helps organize the cargo area, creates more usable storage space, and gives you multiple options for tying down trail gear, camp equipment, tools, recovery gear, and everyday cargo.

Why This Product Exists

Power systems are great. Giving up your cargo area is not.

Traditional auxiliary power installs often compete directly with your cargo space. Batteries need a home. Chargers need a mounting surface. Wiring needs to be routed cleanly. Switch controllers and accessories need to be accessible. Before long, the rear of the vehicle starts looking less like an adventure rig and more like the back room of an electronics store.

The PowerPack Rack takes a different approach. By integrating battery and charger mounting into the shelf architecture, it uses space that would otherwise be difficult to take advantage of. The battery mounts within the existing shelf cavity, allowing the cargo shelf to continue doing what it was meant to do: carry gear.

That means your power system no longer has to steal space from your fridge, tool roll, recovery bag, camera case, camp kitchen, or the duffel bag you definitely packed too full. You keep your cargo area usable while gaining a cleaner foundation for auxiliary power.

KC Battery Mounting

The PowerPack Rack is designed to mount KC HiLiTES flat lithium batteries in 105Ah and 150Ah sizes. These batteries tuck neatly into the shelf cavities, helping preserve the cargo space you bought the vehicle for in the first place.

REDARC Mounting Holes

The shelf includes mounting holes for the REDARC BCDC Alpha 50, giving installers and DIY builders a cleaner starting point for DC charging without having to fabricate a one-off mounting solution.
