Jeep Wrangler JL / JT Gladiator A-Pillar Light and Antenna Brackets
Sold as a pair. Purpose-built for serious off-road use, these lightweight aluminum A-pillar brackets provide a clean and rigid mounting location for communications antennas and optional ditch lights while maintaining a low-profile OEM+ appearance.
These brackets are specifically designed for standard Jeep Wrangler JL / JLU and Jeep Gladiator JT hood configurations.
Important: The new 2026 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon now uses the raised hood design previously found on the Wrangler 392 and Gladiator Mojave. Because of that hood change, these standard JL/JT brackets will NOT fit 2026 Rubicon models. If your Jeep has the raised 392/Mojave-style hood, you will need our raised-hood version instead.
Built for Standard JL / JT Hood Configurations
The standard JL and JT hood profile differs from the raised hood found on the Wrangler 392, Gladiator Mojave, White Cap, and new 2026 Wrangler Rubicon. Because of the hood and cowl clearance differences, A-pillar brackets for these vehicles require different geometry for proper fitment.
These brackets are engineered specifically around the standard JL/JT hood profile to ensure proper alignment, clearance, and long-term durability.
Why You’ll Like Them
- Super light, super strong – Approximately 12 oz per side and precision-built from corrosion-resistant 5052 aluminum.
- Clean OEM+ appearance – Subtle branding placement keeps the focus on your vehicle instead of oversized logos.
- Raw aluminum finish – No paint required. Easily refresh the satin finish using a Scotch-Brite pad.
- Trail-ready hardware – Includes zinc-coated fasteners for dependable installation.
- Flexible accessory setup – Configure your own ditch lights and antenna system exactly the way you want.

Notes on Lights
We intentionally do not pre-cut holes for ditch light pods. There are many different pod sizes, mounting patterns, and aiming preferences, so drilling your own mounting holes allows you to optimize placement for your specific lights and setup.

Important 2026 Wrangler Rubicon Fitment Information
The 2026 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon now uses the raised hood profile previously found on the Wrangler 392 and Gladiator Mojave.
Because the hood and cowl geometry changed, standard JL/JT A-pillar brackets like these will not properly fit the 2026 Rubicon.
If your vehicle has the raised 392/Mojave-style hood, including the 2026 Wrangler Rubicon, you will need our raised-hood bracket version designed specifically for those vehicles.

Lighting and Antenna Mounting Layout
Both the driver-side and passenger-side brackets include the removable accessory mounting plates shown here. These mounting plates are designed for communications antennas and ditch lights.
Each bracket includes a cutout below the accessory mounting plate for cleaner wire routing of lighting and antenna wiring.
The accessory plates bolt directly to the main bracket and can be removed if they are not needed for your setup.
Antenna Hole Layout
The antenna holes are designed for antennas similar to these:
- Center 9.5mm hole – NMO Antenna
- Two 5.5mm holes – VHF / UHF / HAM Antenna
Please reference the dimensions in the image to verify compatibility for your specific antenna setup.
- The spread between the two 5.5mm holes is 19mm, approximately 3/4″.
- The spread between each of the 8.8mm pod light holes is 25mm, approximately 1″.

Will these fit the 2026 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon?
No. The 2026 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon uses the raised hood design previously found on the Wrangler 392 and Gladiator Mojave. These standard JL/JT brackets are not designed for that hood profile. For the 2026 Wrangler Rubicon, you should purchase the raised hood version – https://americanadventurelab.com/product/jeep-wrangler-392-and-gladiator-mojave-a-pillar-light-and-antenna-brackets/
Will these fit the Wrangler 392 or Gladiator Mojave?
No. Those vehicles require our raised-hood bracket version specifically designed around the 392/Mojave hood geometry. View that version here – https://americanadventurelab.com/product/jeep-wrangler-392-and-gladiator-mojave-a-pillar-light-and-antenna-brackets/
Why are there two different versions?
The raised 392/Mojave-style hood changes the clearance relationship between the hood, cowl, and A-pillar mounting area. Because of that, separate bracket geometry is required for proper fitment.
Can I mount both antennas and ditch lights?
Yes. These brackets are designed to support communications antennas and optional ditch lights using the removable accessory mounting plates.

Dylan Wadkins –
Received my brackets for my 2020 rubicon. Packaged great and after looking at the brackets, they are of great quality. Installed them and everything fits great and looks and functions even better! I will be buying more products from this company for sure. Only thing I’d say is my hardware (bolts) for the top of the cowl were an inch to long. Had some misc. bolts laying around and put them to use instead.

These brackets fit perfectly on my 2020 Rubicon. The orignal bolts that were send were too long, but a quick call got it all sorted out.
