The Dometic Recon 360 Faucet gives you tap-controlled running water without plumbing a permanent pump into your vehicle. Connect it to a compatible Dometic cooler, hydration jug, or AAL remote-faucet setup, place the magnetic faucet where you want it, and tap the top control for water.
That makes handwashing, filling a bottle, and rinsing cookware quicker at camp—and it keeps the water system portable when you change how the back of the rig is packed.
Choose the output that fits the job instead of using the same stream for every task.
Turn the head to match your setup while the rotating design helps keep the hose from kinking or tugging.
The rechargeable, self-powered design is built for repeated use away from a fixed power or water connection.
Running Water Without a Permanent Install
The Recon 360 is a compact pump and faucet in one. Its magnetic mount lets you position it on a suitable steel surface, and the tap controls start the flow without a knob or separate switch. Automatic shutoff helps limit wasted water if you get pulled away from the task.
1. Connect the water source. Attach the faucet cap and tube to a compatible Recon Hardside drain port, Dometic hydration jug, or remote-faucet plumbing kit.
2. Place the faucet. Use the magnetic base on a suitable steel surface and rotate the head toward the sink, basin, or container.
3. Tap for water. Select a flow rate from the top controls; the faucet handles pumping and automatic shutoff.
Why the 360° Head Matters
Portable faucets get moved. The water container may sit beside a tailgate one day and below a camp table the next. A head that rotates all the way around gives the hose a cleaner path as the faucet changes orientation, reducing the kinks and side-load that can make a portable setup frustrating.

What to Watch For
- Two tap-controlled flow rates: See the top control pad and battery indicator without the faucet hidden behind a water container.
- Full 360° head rotation: The outlet turns to match the faucet position and helps the hose follow a cleaner path.
- Magnetic mounting: The base holds the faucet on a suitable steel surface while keeping it easy to move when camp layout changes.
- Rechargeable pumping: The self-powered faucet can move up to 150 liters per charge without vehicle wiring or an external pump.
Use it with the Dometic Recon Hardside Small 16L cooler, Dometic Hydration Water Jug, or an AAL remote-faucet kit. The water source and vehicle-specific mounting hardware are sold separately.

All right, I want to give you guys a quick overview of a new product from Dometic. They actually listened to our feedback, and they took the previous Dometic GO faucet and made the Recon faucet.
It has a rotatable base on the bottom, which is great for us. It keeps your hose from kinking, depending on which position you have it in. It uses a USB-C cable now, which is great. Then it has a two-position touch switch on the top, which is an actual physical switch, whereas before it was capacitive and didn’t work all that great.
So we build mounts for these guys to mount the faucet to many popular SUVs: Bronco, Wrangler. We do a Dometic GO remote kit, which is a longer hose that lets you get back up to your 11-liter Dometic GO jug and a mount up there.
So if you guys want a great compact solution to get water into the back of your vehicle for weekend trips, let us know. We can hook you up.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does the Dometic Recon 360 Faucet work with?
It integrates with the Dometic Recon Hardside Small 16L cooler and Dometic Hydration Water Jug. It also works with AAL remote-faucet kits and vehicle-specific faucet bundles. The cooler, jug, and AAL mounting or plumbing hardware are sold separately.
What are the two flow rates for?
The two selectable settings let you match the stream to the job, from controlled bottle filling to faster rinsing and handwashing.
Can I use it with an AAL Jeep or Bronco remote-faucet kit?
Yes. The Recon 360 is compatible with our Jeep Wrangler JL, Jeep Wrangler JK, and Ford Bronco Dometic faucet systems, as well as our universal remote faucet kit.
Is it suitable for drinking-water systems?
The faucet uses food-grade, BPA-free materials. Water safety still depends on the water source, container cleanliness, and system maintenance.
How long does a charge last?
Dometic rates the Recon 360 Faucet for pumping up to 150 liters of water per charge. Actual time between charges depends on how much water you dispense.
Does it need fixed plumbing or external power?
No fixed plumbing or continuous external power connection is required. The faucet is rechargeable and self-powered; it draws water through its connected tube from the compatible container or remote setup.
What changed from the Dometic GO faucet?
The Recon 360 Faucet provides two selectable flow rates and a head that rotates a full 360 degrees. It is the current compatible faucet for AAL remote systems that previously used the Dometic GO faucet.
