For the AAL Modular Front Bumper

Replacement and upgrade end caps for the Jeep JL/JT/JK Modular Front Bumper.

These end caps are built for the American Adventure Lab Modular Front Bumper used on Jeep Wrangler JL, Jeep Gladiator JT, and Jeep Wrangler JK applications. The bumper was designed around a shared modular end-cap geometry, so one end cap set fits the supported JL/JT/JK bumper family.

Choose Alpha for the compact non-fog-light end cap, or choose Bravo when you want end caps that support compatible OEM fog lights. The end caps are not model-specific. Select the version and finish that match the way you want the bumper configured.

Important: These end caps require an American Adventure Lab Modular Front Bumper. They are not designed to install on a factory bumper or another aftermarket bumper.

Alpha or Bravo

Choose the end cap version that matches your bumper setup.

The Version option controls the end-cap shape and fog-light support. The Finish option controls whether the aluminum ships raw, textured black powder coated, or powder coated in another color.

Alpha End Caps

Alpha is the original compact end cap for the AAL Modular Front Bumper. It keeps the end of the bumper tight and minimal and does not include fog light mounts.

Choose Alpha if you are replacing damaged Alpha end caps or want the smallest, cleanest end-cap profile without OEM fog lights.

Bravo End Caps

Bravo adds mounting provisions for compatible OEM fog lights while keeping the bumper as compact as possible. The added width is only slightly more than the width needed for the factory fog light.

Choose Bravo if you want to reuse compatible OEM fog lights, or if you are using an aftermarket fog-light kit that adapts to the JL/JT-style OEM fog light mounting location, such as the Diode Dynamics SS3 LED Fog Light Kit for Jeep JL Wrangler.

Fog lights are not included. Reuse compatible OEM fog lights and wiring, or supply your own compatible aftermarket lighting kit.

Bumper Required

Built only for the AAL Modular Front Bumper system.

These end caps bolt to the American Adventure Lab Modular Front Bumper. They are useful as replacements, as a finish change, or as an Alpha-to-Bravo upgrade when you want to add OEM fog light support to a bumper that originally shipped with the compact Alpha end caps.

Construction

3mm 5052 aluminum, with finish choices for the way you build.

5052 Aluminum

Each end cap is made from 3mm 5052 aluminum, giving the bumper a lightweight, corrosion-resistant end section that fits the rest of the modular bumper system.

Finish Options

Choose Raw/Unfinished, Textured Black Powder Coat, or Other Color powder coat for a custom finish. Use the custom powder coat request field when selecting Other Color.

Made in the USA

These end caps are made in the USA and are part of the same modular bumper system used across the supported Jeep JL, JT, and JK bumper packages.

Install

Easy end-cap swap, no winch-mount removal required.

The end caps are designed for a straightforward bolt-on installation on the AAL Modular Front Bumper. If you are replacing existing end caps or changing from Alpha to Bravo, the winch mount does not need to be removed.
