Jeep Wrangler JL And Gladiator JT Front Bumper
Put a full-size recovery winch on your JL or JT without hanging a bulky bumper off the front of the Jeep. Our modular front bumper combines a 3/16-inch steel winch plate with replaceable aluminum end caps, keeping the complete bumper under 28 pounds while leaving room for proven 10,000 and 12,000-pound winches.

Winch Fitment
The bumper was packaged around the WARN ZEON 10-S envelope. A winch with the standard 10 Ć 4.5-inch mounting pattern still needs to fit within that physical envelope, so bolt pattern alone is not enough. The models below meet both checks.

BADLAND APEX 12,000 Fits
The synthetic-rope BADLAND APEX 12,000 fits with its control pack installed on top, as shown. The winch uses the standard 10 Ć 4.5-inch mounting pattern and sits within the bumper’s ZEON-sized envelope.
Why the Modular Design Works
The two-piece main winch plate is cut from 3/16-inch (4.7 mm) steel. The current Alpha end caps are 1/8-inch (3 mm) 5052 aluminum. That mixed-material construction keeps steel where the winch load enters the bumper and saves weight at the outer corners.
No welding or finish grinding is required in the bumper’s construction. Sharing the front mount across our JL, JT, and JK bumper systems also lets us run common components and keep the system affordable.
Built in the USA: We design and manufacture the bumper components in-house using OEM vehicle CAD data. The result is a bolt-on, vehicle-specific system instead of a universal plate adapted after the fact.

- Shackle mounts: Add D-ring recovery points to the bumper.

- Fairlead light mount: Supports two pod lights or a compact light bar.
- Replaceable modules: End caps can be changed without removing the bumper or winch.
