We design and manufacture the bumper components in-house in the USA. The mixed-material design keeps steel at the winch mount and saves weight at the outer corners.

Steel at the Winch

The two-piece main winch plate is made from 3/16-inch steel, with no welding or finish grinding required in the bumper’s construction.

Aluminum at the Corners

3mm 5052 aluminum end caps keep the outer sections light and can be replaced without removing the bumper or winch.

Room to Reconfigure

Choose compact Alpha end caps or fog-light-ready Bravo end caps, then add the recovery and lighting mounts your setup needs.

Alpha: Compact and Simple

Our compact end-cap profile without fog light mounts. Choose Alpha for a minimal front end.

Bravo: Make Room for Fog Lights

Bravo adds mounts for compatible OEM 4-tab fog lights. Confirm your exact fog-light mounting style, especially on a JK. Fog lights and wiring are not included.

Both end-cap versions fit the supported AAL JL/JT and JK bumper packages. Choose raw aluminum, textured black, or an available custom powder-coat option.

A Few Things to Check.

Will my winch fit?

Both bumper packages are designed around the WARN ZEON 10-S envelope. A matching bolt pattern alone does not guarantee fitment. Compare the winch’s overall dimensions, clutch access, control-pack position, and wiring clearance. The JL/JT product page includes a detailed winch-fitment table.

Are the winch and lights included?

Photos may show a winch, lights, shackle mounts, splash guard, or other optional components. Review the selected package configuration and included items before ordering. Bravo end caps do not include fog lights or wiring.

Where can I find installation and finish information?
