• Conversing with customers over phone, email, web chat, social media, etc.
• Reporting updates on orders to customers
• Taking orders over the phone via our ecommerce website
• Helping customers understand our products whether that be installation, functions or any other questions they may have

As the customer service representative you will be working with the AAL team to help solve issues that may arise with customers or just answer questions about our products to help them be more informed before they purchase. Your job is essential in making sure customers have a great experience every time they reach out to the company. You will be the first point of contact that customers have with us here at AAL so being able to answer phones/emails/chats in a timely and professional manner is a must.

Requirements:

• Courteous phone attitude
• Ability to resolve situations in a calm and professional manner
• Don’t take negative situations personally
• Clock-in on-time
• Be a fun person
• Experience with off-road and adventure products is a huge plus.

Recommended(optional):

• Experience with social media business conversations is a plus.
• Experience with the offroad/overland community and lingo.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite or other social media manager platforms
• Experience with photo/video editing software

Other Info:

Work hours are 7am to 4pm Monday through Friday on site in St George, UT.

Product knowledge training will be provided on-site. You’ll learn about products and our processes on the job as you’re working.

This role has a direct growth path to our Marketing Department. Over the next couple of years, we expect to double our staff, including the marketing department. This role would be preferred to move into a full time marketing position when available.

Work is In person in Saint George, UT 84790. Must have reliable transport to work.

Salary: $16.50+ per hour DOE
