Our Raptor, With a Working Bed

Our 2022 Ford F-150 Raptor keeps its factory foundation, with Geiser springs at all four corners, 37-inch Nitto Trail Grappler tires, and Raceline Rogue wheels. Beyond those changes and the bed equipment, the truck is stock.

The bed carries our F-150 BASE System and the new bed storage components we’ve been developing around it. This is where we put that equipment to use, from gear organization to carrying spare tires and fuel jugs.

Geiser Springs, 37s, and Raceline Wheels

Geiser springs are fitted at all four corners. The wheel and tire combination pairs 37-inch Nitto Trail Grapplers with Rogue wheels from Raceline Wheels.

Those are the truck’s suspension, wheel, and tire changes. The photos below show the Raptor on the trail as well as the details of that setup.

The F-150 BASE System in Use

Our F-150 BASE System brings the bed storage components together in this truck. The Ford Raptor Rally setup shows the layout loaded with upright spare tires, bedside fuel jugs, and Milwaukee PACKOUT storage.

From the tailgate, you can see how the center storage area sits between the spares, with additional gear carried at the bedsides. It’s a useful view of how the components share the bed once the truck is loaded.

The gallery includes earlier bed configurations and the newer BASE setup. Equipment shown varies between photos.

BoxLink Fuel Jug Mounts in This Truck

The red-jug installation photos on our Ford BoxLink Fuel Jug Mount Kit product page were taken in this Raptor.

Here, the mounts fasten through the clearance holes in the AAL bedside MOLLE panels to the factory BoxLink mounting points behind them. The panels and fuel jugs are separate components.

Each kit mounts one jug. The Rally photos show the truck equipped with a jug on each side of the bed.
