Add each location, business hours, contact details, vehicle specialties, and the services customers can book.
AAL reviews the dealer account and each public location. Approved locations are visible in the Dealer Locator by default.
Dealer Marketing Resources
Approved dealers can open the Brand Kit from their Dealer Profile area to download production-ready AAL logo files and preview the available lockups. Use them on your website, social channels, signage, and other dealership marketing.
Dealer Locator and Installer Network
Approved dealer locations can appear in the public Dealer Locator, helping customers find nearby AAL businesses and learn what each shop offers.
Dealer approval does not automatically include installer approval. AAL reviews the Authorized Installer role separately. Only approved installer locations with a verified receiving address can be selected to receive a customer order.
Installation scheduling, labor pricing, payment, workmanship, and liability are handled directly between the installer and customer.
Dealer pricing and tax status are separate. A state resale certificate is not required to activate a dealer account, but AAL must approve the applicable certificate before an order can be treated as tax exempt.
This program role gives an approved wholesale account access to upload and manage resale certificates. It does not provide dealer pricing, a Dealer Locator badge, or Authorized Installer benefits.
Tax is removed only when a current, AAL-approved certificate applies to the order destination state. Without that approval, the order remains taxable.
When AI preflight is enabled, an uploaded PDF, JPG, or PNG is checked for common problems such as the wrong form, missing seller information, missing resale language, signatures, or dates. Preliminary results appear in the dealer account shortly after upload so you can correct the document before staff review.
The encrypted server-to-server review sends a copy of the document to OpenAI for this automated completeness check. OpenAI does not approve certificates or change tax status. AAL staff makes every approval decision.
AI preflight is not required. Select Skip AI Preflight during upload to send the document directly to the normal staff-review queue, or email your certificate to AAL for manual-only review.
Dealer tiers, purchase thresholds, application fields, and the acceptance form are available after you sign in.
