For most orders, the fastest answer is our live order status page. It pulls from the same system we use to track production, fulfillment, and shipping, so you can see the details without waiting on an email reply.
Have your order number and email address handy. If the live status page still leaves you with a question, send us a note or give us a call. We do still answer phones.
Live status from the shop floor
A surprisingly deep look at where your order is in the process, minus the suspense.
Some questions are best handled by the live order system. Others need a person who can look at fitment, photos, install details, or the oddball thing your build is doing. Pick the route that matches the problem.
Contact Support
Best for product questions, fitment checks, order issues, photos, and anything that needs a little context. Include your order number if you have one, and tell us what vehicle you are building.
Start with the live order status page. Enter your order number and the email address used on the order, and it will pull the latest status from our production and order system.
Production times vary by product and finish. Most raw or unfinished orders take between 1-2 weeks to make. Powder coated orders usually take longer because powder coating is handled by outside contractors, and their schedule affects ours.
Many of our parts are made to order, which means we fabricate them as orders come in instead of pulling every configuration from a shelf.
Some orders include raw, fabricated, powder coated, and assembled components. If one piece is still moving through production, the whole order may wait until it can ship complete.
The live order status page can show item-level production and shipping details when that detail is available in our system.
Once an order has shipped, most orders in the continental US arrive within 3-5 business days with standard ground shipping.
NOTICE: If you have a delivery issue, you will need to reach out to the shipping company directly. Once the shipment leaves our facility, the carrier controls the delivery process.
We use Prismatic Powders for powder coat options, and you can choose any color you would like from their catalog. Specialty colors may add time depending on color availability and the powder coater’s schedule.
