If you’re looking for a quick and simple way to attach something to your MOLLE panels, this could be the perfect solution. This kit comes with a plastic riser to offset the magnetic mounting surface from the base to make it easier to grab things (ex. communications radio microphone). Super easy install and extremely effective. Bolts right into our MOLLE panels.

- Carbon fiber reinforced plastic mount
- Steel mounting bolt – zinc coated
- Steel nylon locknut and washer
- Magnet
- Magnet mounting hardware (trim to length if necessary)

Note: there are a lot of non-standard MOLLE patterns on the market. This one is designed specifically for the AAL product line, which is designed to PALS US military standards.

I used this in conjunction with the ICOM 5100 to mount my Mic to the underside of the MOLLE panel. The magnet type isn’t specified but it must be Molybdenum because it is very strong. Holds 5100 MIC with zero issues and doesn’t bounce loose. Make sure your MOLLE panel meets PALS specifications, mine doesn’t but the design of this 3D printed magnetic mic mount enabled me to be able to use it. Again, I knew my panel wasn’t PALS compliant, but super smart of AAL to make their panels PALS compliant. Will be buying another of these when I install a GMRS radio.
