Introducing the Jeep JL Tailgate Air Command System Ever since the new ’24 Jeep 392 hit the market, we’ve been on a mission to find the perfect mounting solution for a dual ARB compressor within the vehicle. The power seats eliminated our Under Seat Mount, and the 392 lacks the cargo cubby space typical of the standard JL models. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce the Jeep JL Tailgate Air Command System! This innovative system replaces the OEM plastic lining on the tailgate and provides a robust, versatile mounting solution for your twin ARB Compressor. But that’s not all—it also offers the option to mount ARB’s tire pressure control system, an LCD battery monitor, and the Apex Performance Compact Reel System! Because this thing is made entirely out of 5052 aluminum it does great at dissipating the heat! It also has the built in vent in the rear of the tailgate and we added some venting holes in the bottom of the box to further help that compressor cool off. Key Features:

Apex Performance Compact Reel System

The TACS is designed to be in use with Apex’s 20′ compact reel system so that you can seamlessly air up all 4 of your tires from the rear of your Jeep. And then neatly store the air hose when you’re done! They really knocked it out of the park with this product.

Heat Dissipation

The TACS is built entirely out of 5052 aluminum which makes a great dissipater for the heat from the ARB compressor. We also included vented holes in the bottom to help aid in the cooling along with the factory vents in the back of the tailgate.

We like to make the most out of the little space we have available so included are the 2 contura switch cutouts, air chuck and trash bag hook so you can have everything you need in one convenient place.

Compatible with ARB Pressure Control and App

The TACS has the brackets and mounting holes already built into main plate. So all you need to do is purchase the ARB Pressure Control Kit above and you’ll be good to hook it up! This allows you to connect your phone to your Compressor, set your desired PSI and sit back and relax while it fills up your tires!

Will it fit?

We know clearances are tight in the rear of these vehicles. With the hose reel and compressor mounting box protruding into the storage are a little, we built this diagram to show the overhead view and give you a solid idea of where this all sits in relation to the cargo space. Please check the measurements for any other products you have going into the rear cargo area of your JL. Unfortunately, we cannot verify fitment with other products due to the layout of the components of the TACS system. One thing we do know, though, is if you want to run a tall MASS drawer stack that requires the drawer stack to be moved to the rearmost mounting position, that will interfere with the TACS system and is not compatible. The solution is to run a shorter drawer stack that allows the drawers to nest below the top of the back seat.
