1. The bottom “plate” should be placed onto the mounting surface. The long slim notch cut out of this plate is where the top bezel of the battery goes. This plate is notched as to secure the battery front to back using this notch and the bezel built onto the battery. This plate also acts as a spacer to level the battery back out from the offset created by the bezel on the battery.
2. If you’re attaching this bracket to our Dual ARB Cargo Compressor Mount, align the round holes in the bottom plate with the mounting holes already in the Cargo Compressor Mount Bracket. Those holes will be tapped.
3. Next, carefully place the battery onto the top of the spacer plate, ensuring you do not disturb the alignment of the round holes.
4. Then, place the top battery bracket onto the battery.
5. Secure with the provided M6x14mm button head bolts.

NOTE: This is designed to work in between our JL MASS Storage Platform mounting rails as the battery is a tight enough fit in between the rails to give it added support. Depending on the size of your wire terminals and wires used, it may be necessary to make a small clearance “notch” in the MASS Platform Support that runs near the battery terminals. Includes:
