Tacoma Bed Rack “RAIL” System – Heavy-Duty Modular Bed Rack for 2nd Gen Tacoma
Upgrade your Tacoma with a purpose-built, low-profile bed rack solution that does not require drilling.
The Tacoma Bed Rack RAIL System delivers rugged, lightweight, and modular utility without permanent modifications.
Designed to bolt directly into the factory cargo mounting track, it adapts to whatever your current setup (and future ideas) demand.
Note: Product photos may contain optional components.
Key Features
- Modular design – Run one, two, or three rails depending on your gear and mission. Start light and scale up.
- Lightweight construction – Each rail weighs less than 8 lbs and is built from 5052 aluminum for strength without the bulk.
- Factory track bolt-on installation – Bolts into the OEM cargo mounting track (Deck Rail System). No drilling or permanent modifications required.
- Low profile, clean look – Rails stand approximately 4″ above the bed sides for accessory clearance and a sleek appearance.
- Top-access hardware – Attachment points are accessible from above for quick swaps in the field.
- Accessory-ready ecosystem – Built for trays, Packout mounts, recovery boards, RotopaX, MOLLE, lighting, and more.
- Custom finish options – Available in raw aluminum, textured black, or custom powder-coat colors.
Mounting Notes
- Designed to bolt into the factory cargo mounting track (Deck Rail System).
- Requires a Tacoma bed equipped with the OEM cargo track system.
- No drilling. No cutting. No “well that was permanent”.
Chase Lights
We built this for those of you who treat “low visibility” as a challenge rather than a warning.
If you like playing in the silt, chase lights are not just a cool accessory – they are the only thing stopping the guy behind you
from parking in your tailgate. Stay visible, stay safe, and keep the trophy truck dream alive.
Currently, these cutouts support flush-mount Baja Designs SS2’s (we suggest the flood pattern).
We will develop additional cutouts with enough interest.
Vehicle Fitment
- 2nd Gen Tacoma (USA) – model years 2005 – 2015
- Requires factory cargo mounting track (Side Rail System)
Proudly Made in the USA
Everything we build is designed, engineered, and manufactured right here in the United States. That means tighter quality control, faster iteration, and parts that are made for real trail use, not “close enough” use.
We source materials and hardware from trusted suppliers, then cut, form, machine, and assemble in-house so we can stand behind every part that leaves our shop. When you buy American Adventure Lab gear, you’re supporting American jobs, American manufacturing, and a team that’s obsessed with doing it right the first time.
