If you’re looking for the cleanest, most tucked-away, place to mount your new Bronco’s on-board air system, this is it! The tailgate handle bump out on the 6th generation Bronco’s is ample to say the least. With a ton of air venting already built into the tailgate and a ton of empty space, this is the perfect spot to mount the ARB air compressor.
NOTE: The current version of the modified harness is for the Hard Top. The Soft top has additional bracketry that prevents the installation of the relay but there are workarounds, reach out to us if you have questions on that.
Our mount kit includes the ARB coupler and all of the hoses and fittings you need to mount the compressor. We also have an option below for us to modify the harness provided by ARB so that everything fits perfectly in this location. This process includes extending some wires, terminating some of the wires, moving the main fuses, moving the pressure cut-off switch, etc.
The main bracket and coupler/switch bracket are both constructed from 5052 aluminum.
Made right here in our shop in St George, UT with great pride and attention to detail.
No drilling or modification required for installation except connecting to a ACC circuit for the compressor switch.
Putting it to the test!

Adding the ARB Pressure Control System
Adding ARB’s Pressure Control System has made airing up your tires a breeze!
Fitting all of this into the Bronco Tailgate has been a game changer. You don’t have to worry about exposed wiring, air hoses, etc. You can safely tuck it all into your tailgate and be ready for your next adventure.
Looking forward to start seeing more of these out on the trails and in the wild!
