Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist with a passion for the offroad and overlanding industry. This role is perfect for someone who is not only a marketing expert but also an adventure enthusiast, ready to bring their skills and passion to our team. The ideal candidate is a reliable, versatile professional who is eager to take on a variety of tasks, from strategic marketing initiatives to hands-on customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage our target audience effectively.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics monitoring.
- Produce high-quality marketing materials, including photography, videography, and editing, to support promotional efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to create cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Assist with customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to help in various areas of the business.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the offroad, overlanding, or related industries.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.
- Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience in photography, videography, and editing is highly desirable.
- A team player attitude with a willingness to assist in areas beyond traditional marketing responsibilities when needed.
- Commitment to punctuality and a strong work ethic, with availability to work from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
